I believe that people should have support while going through cancer. It is a battle one cannot fight alone. These organizations have done tremendous work for thousands of people (and some for me personally). I started this page to give back to others fighting with cancer.

The Cancer Fight Organization of UW-Whitewater
We are designed around bringing the experience of others and the resources of the community straight to people affected by cancer. We utilize the power of social networks and personal blogs to connect people who need to be supported. Our UW-Whitewater counterpart has an ambition to raise money for both local and national charities, as well as bringing outreach directly to cancer fighters.

The LiveSTRONG foundation has been my saviour as far as help and support goes. They provide local support groups, events such as bike races and run/walk's for charity, and much more. They mean a lot to me on a personal note.
